Terms of Service

These terms cover your purchase and use of Build Day ((Build Day sales page)), operated by Platform Proof / Alston Godbolt. Buying or using the product means you agree to them.

What you're buying

Build Day is a done-with-you, one-day product build service. You get a personal, non-transferable license to use it for yourself and your own business. You may not resell, share access to, or redistribute the product or its output as your own product.

Refunds

Service engagements: you may cancel for a full refund any time before the scheduled work begins. Once work has begun, fees are non-refundable, but we will always work with you in good faith to reschedule.

Your responsibilities

• Give accurate information at checkout (your access is tied to your email).
• Don't abuse, reverse-engineer, scrape, or attack the service.
• You are responsible for how you use the output in your own business.

No guarantees / limitation of liability

The product is provided "as is." We do not warrant uninterrupted service or specific results (see the Earnings Disclaimer). To the maximum extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us.

Changes

We may update the product and these terms; material changes will be posted on this page. Continued use after a change is acceptance.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, USA.
